Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel absolutely iconic in your Hella Heels, so if your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear in original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and protectors are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the heels in their original branded box and dust bags, ensuring they are securely packed inside a secondary shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the heels for signs of wear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
